Effect of kadostim on Germination indices of three varieties of bread wheat, in drought condition in laboratory

In order to study the effect of Kadostim biological fertilizers on germination indices of three wheat varieties an experiment was conducted as factorial in the form of completley randomized blocks design with three replications under in vitro drought condition in research laboratory of Islamic Azad University, Ardabil branch in Spring 2012. In this experiment, the first factor of conditions included two levels (drought and normal) and the second factor included two levels (water and Kadostim) and Factor C included three wheat genotypes. The results showed significant differences between Fertilizer levels of this research for average duration of germination, germination speed, final germination percent and average daily germination at probability level of 5 %. Results of means comparison revealed that Gascogne had the highest germination speed by 0.036 and Rasad With Bezosaya placed in a group and no differences on this trait. The comparisons show that average fertilizer levels Kadostim was the best of all traits except of germination speed. We can concluded that biologicaly amino acid fertilizers Can contribute a great positive impact on the germination indices of wheat.
