In this article, we estimate P(y < x) when x and y have independent 3 parameter generalized exponential distribution has 3 parameter: location, scale and shape. The generalized exponential distributionis a model with exponential weibull distribution that is introduced by Mudholkar and Srivatava. If the shape parameter is definite, hazard function results to comparative parameterwhich is independent from x. Reliability is based on exponential destruction law in period of its developments; The reason for this, is flexibility of exponential distribution in mathematics.
