  • Abstract
ABSTRACT: Antioxidants are materials that inhibit making free radicals in cells and they protect cells from destructive effects of them. It is produced “ROSS” components in cells because of stresses types. ROSS or “Reaction Oxygen Species” (free radicles) act as mutant producer materials in reactions and they cause fats destruction and deactivation of proteins or creating of tribulation in their actions. ROSs areproduced in organelles of chloroplasts, mitochondria and peroxisomes in different metabolic pathways and they are exterminated by antioxidant defense mechanisms. Many studied show antioxidant defense mechanisms for cells protection against to ROSS. In this study, we survey promotercis-elements for oxidative defense pathway genes in Arabidopsis thalianaL.plantand explain genes co-expression relationships and their grouping. There is maximum of correlation and co-expression for genes: AOX1B, MDAR2, AOX1C and GPX8 with other genes in oxidative defense pathway of Arabidopsis thalianaL. plantand it is introduced AAGAA-motif, CGTCA-motif, SKN-1-motif, G-Box, MBS and Circadianas the most important Cis-elements with high frequency.Phylogeny tree shows us regimentation and co-expression genes. In this study, we give present a forecasted models based on genes output results. Theseconsequences can be used for various purposes example, genes transformation by genetics and plant breeding researchers.
