Abstract :
In order to evaluate of plant density and irrigation interval effect on pumpkin, a split plot experiment as randomized complete design with 4 replications was conducted. Irrigation factor had 3 levels as I1=60, I2=120, I3=180 )mm evaporated from A class evaporation plate), that exerted in pre-flowering stage and plant density had 4 levels as 6000, 8000, 10000 and 1200 plants/h. Results showed that irrigation and plant density had significant effect on plant total dry weight, fruit weight and seed number and grain yield. As irrigation after 60 mm evaporation and plant density 10000 p/ha had maximum fruit fresh weight and plant total dry weight. The results showed that irrigation after 120 mm and plant density 10000 p/ha (634.9 kg/ha) had the highest grain yield. Irrigation after 60 mm in plant density 10000 p/ha (491.6 kg/ha) had the maximum grain yield and the all plant density levels in irrigation after 180 mm were in a joint statistically group
