The DAVV Online Portal aims to develop an online data collection system for Devi Ahilya University, Indore. It stores, manages and retrieves information of UTD’s, Colleges, Institutes, and University in quick access manner, across the world using intranet/internet. DAVV Online Portal is a customized, generalized and simple, automated system. It fulfills the challenge to put together the large depositories of information in time and cost effective manner. It is providing statistic information of student seats. This portal aids in easy storage and retrieval of students, teachers record. It is to manage work flow in a collaborative environment. It allows a large number of people to contribute and share stored data. It provides Control access to data, based on user roles (defining which information users or user groups can view, edit, publish, etc.).It Improves communication between users and administration of the University.
