  • Abstract
    The purpose of this study is to investigation the relationship between internal service quality and organizational performance in Golestan Offices of Sports and Youth. The research method in this study is descriptive and correlation method. Sports and youth offics staff of Golestan province have established statistical population of research that they all participated in the study (N=180). For this purpose, Di Xie (2005) Internal Service Quality Questionnaire and Choʹs Organizational Performance Questionnaire (2009) was used. Reliability of questionnaires after a pilot study using Cronbachʹs alpha test, respectively (?=0.78) and (?=0.86) were obtained. Descriptive and inferential statistics methods for data analysis were used. The findings showed that between internal service quality and organizational performance in Golestan offices of sports and youth, there is significant positive correlation (r=0.543, p < 0.001). Since the internal service quality positively related to organizational performance in Golestan offices of sports and youth recommended that leaders and managers of sports organizations and especially Golestan offices of sports and youth In order to improve the internal service quality work.
