Abstract :
The purpose of this study is to determine the Relationship between quality of work life and organizational commitment of employees of Youth and Sport Department of Mazandaran province. The research is descriptive and correlation study. The employees of the general office of Sport and Youth of Mazandaran Province (N=80) were selected the samples of this study. For data collection purposes, the reliable tests of quality of work life (Walton, 1974)) and organizational commitment (Meyer et al., 1990) questionnaires were used. The results indicate that there is a significant relationship between quality of work life with organizational commitment. The feeling, desire, happiness at work, belonging and independence of occupational status affected the quality of work life, and if these agencies and departments to increase the quality level, affective and normative commitment of employees to be more organized respectively.
