Abstract :
This article surveys the effective factors on the acceptance of E-commerce which is done by the managers of cooperatives of Moghan agriculture and through reorganization of effective factors on the acceptance of E-commerce tries to submit one of the main basic steps to the development of E-commerce in these companies. Five factors such as perceived benefits, perceived facilitation, perceived risk, dependence, attitudes as effective variables on the acceptance of E-commerce in agricultural cooperatives are surveyed in this study. Pearsonʹs correlation coefficient and data analysis method is used in this study and then data are estimated using multi-variable regression. The main obtained result showed that in comparison to other variables an attitude is more important in the usage of E-commerce for managers of cooperatives companies.
