Abstract :
The aim of this study is to examine relation between employeesʹ participation in decisions making and their empowerment in Telecommunication Company Iran subsidiary of Mazanderan Province. 250 employees from the Telecommunication Company Iran subsidiary of Mazanderan Province participated in this study. A Spearmanʹs correlation analysis was used to investigate correlation between employeesʹ participation in decision makings and psychological empowerment among employeeʹs Telecommunication Company of Mazanderan Province. The findings of this study have shown that higher levels of PDM are associated with significantly higher Competence, Meaning, Impact and Self-determination (p_value>0.05). A significant positive correlation was found between employeesʹ participation decisions making and total dimension empowerment. Coefficient correlation PDM and empowerment is 0.71 that indicates strong relations between two variables.
