Abstract
The main purpose of this study is to enhance internal benchmarking by the use of 360° feedback approach. Therefore, internal benchmarking has been developed for personnelʹs performance evaluation. The study has been conducted in AT Pipe Company. Statistical population includes personnel of the sales department and customers and data has been gathered by questionnaire. Descriptive and inferential statistics and radar diagrams have been used for data analysis based on 360°approach. Respectively, improvements have been made and then, similar analysis has been done. The results imply that the proposed approach can be applied effectively in evaluation and improvement of personnel performance. Also, according to the empirical results, job competency of the studied personnel has been improved.
