Abstract :
Nowadays changes, initiatives and improvements in work have become commonplace, due to the increased speed of innovation and deliver new products. In small and large organizations appropriate conditions should be provided for all employees for increasing entrepreneurial spirit; so they can implement their entrepreneurial activities easily, continuously and individually or collectively. The aim of this study was evaluate the role of affecting factors on organizational entrepreneurship barriers such as: conservatively organizational culture, exert strict controls, inappropriate system of financial and neglect of peopleʹs empowerment in Aligoudarz social security organization (Iran). Statistical population was managers and administrative staff of surveyed organizations, and research methodology in this study was descriptive. Results showed that conservatively organizational culture and exert strict controls were the most important organizational entrepreneurship barriers, moreover inappropriate system of financial and neglect of peopleʹs empowerment were the dimensional category.
