Abstract :
ABSTRACT: Marketing is an activity that the customer is un-provided needs and necessities are determined by it. To final these needs, it must be familiar with the customer’s behaviors and purchase making – decision process that he/she is following. In this present investigation, it has tried to explore the customer’s selection way, to collect data by mobile hand phone about it. In this case, the cultural – social factors that are one of the important factors on customer’s behavior are studied. The investigation hypothesizes includes: there is a significant difference between individualism different levels effect in the selecting of the mobile hand phone purchasers. There is a significant difference between different risk levels effect in the selecting of the mobile hand phone purchasers. There is a significant difference between different levels effect to ward future in the selecting of the mobile hand phone purchasers. There is a significant difference between different levels effect of the ability distance to select of the mobile hand phone purchaser’s. There is a significant difference between different levels effect of social states to select the mobile hand – phone purchasers. There is a significant difference between different levels effect of the groups to select the mobile hand phone purchasers. Society sample in this investigation, are the mobile hand – phone purchasers in Ardebil province cities, that have analyzed by non – parametric statistical method of variance analysis and cross call valice tests and U man vitnie by SPSS software resulted from questionnaire, at final , No1-5-6 hypothesizes were verified.
