Abstract :
ABSTRACT: In order to compare of dry land sufflower cultivars and lines growth and yield under planting seasons, this experoment as randomized complete design with 3 replications with 10 cultivars and lines of sufflower (pl-198990, pl-401478, pl-304408, 324-s6-697, LRV51-51, SINA, 411, ESFAHAN LOCAL, Darab2, il111) was performed in two planting seasons (spring planting was at 5 March and expected planting was at 5 November) that combined analysis. Results showed that planting season and cultivar and its interaction had significant effect on grain yield and biologic yield. Results revealed that pl-401478, 324-s6-697 and Darab2 cultivars (1975, 1901 and 1851 kg/ha, respectively) had most grain yield under autumn planting. However, cv. 411 (1834 kg/ha) had highest grain yield under spring planting. Results demonstrated that SINA and ESFAHAN LOCAL cultivars (with mean of 34.17% and 34.69%, respectively) had the highest oil percent.
