ABSTRACT: The fertilizer is a key element for optimizing production technology and increasing productivity. Irregular consumption of chemical fertilizer and failure to comply of agricultural knowledge, imbalance of nutrition elements in soil and plant makes irreparable damage to soil and plant. Nowadays, annually consumption several million tons chemical fertilizer in Iran, in order to increasing quality and quantity of yield, optimizing management of consumption fertilizer and distribution it, is a priority. The research was carried out in Qazvin province, in 3 cities (Qazvin, Alborz and Boein Zahra) soil and plants samples were collected from field of corn and wheat for 2 years. 117 points selected for wheat (72000 hectares) and for corn 100 points (31000 hectares). In this research parameters including EC, pH, and phosphorus, organic matter percentage, calcium carbonate and concentration of nutrient elements (iron, zinc, copper, manganese and boron) were analyzed from the soil samples. After planting, measured nutrient elements in flag leaf of wheat and corn leaves in height 30 cm and then standard concentration was calculated for each crop and was determined need of nutritional element to farms. Then according to need of plant nutrition was calculated deviation from optimum percentage (DOP). These results showed needs of each area to fertilizers and plant nutrition management to modify consumption pattern of chemical fertilizer and obtained production of healthy crops.
