Abstract :
ABSTRACT: In order to evaluation of tritipyrum lines to drought resistance, experiment was conducted under both stress and non-stress condition using a randomized complete block design for each environment at institute of agriculture and natural resources research which located in Zabol city. For evaluation of drought resistance, were used seven drought tolerance indices. Correlation these indices to Yp and Ys and PCA was calculated. SSI index had negative and non significance correlation to Yp and Ys. Coefficient of correlation TOL index to Yp and Ys were 0.38 and 0.048 respectively. Correlation between MP index to Yp and Ys were 0.98 and 0.98 respectively, and was significance. PCA analysis revealed that the first PCs explained 0.68 of the total variation and included Yp, Ys, MP, STI, GMP and YI. The first component can be named yield potential in drought stress condition. In this study St/b line which had the highest MP, STI, and GMP, had high yield under stress and non-stress condition. The second PCA explained 0.30 of the total variability and correlated positively with Yp، SSI and TOL. Therefore, the second component can be named as a stress-tolerant dimension and it separates the stress-tolerant genotypes from non-stress tolerant ones. La (4B/4D) b line which had the least SSI and TOL was tolerance to drought.
