Abstract :
Abstract: Since the leadership style of managers consist of affection factors in creativity, motivation, vocational satisfaction and staffs efficiency. Identification and evaluating the affecting factors on leadership style of managers are very essential. So it is necessary to study the affect of some of the factors such as: education, governmental service background and interesting rate to managerʹs job on their leadership style. In order to evaluate the affecting factors on leadership style, first leadership style measured by a questionnaires consist of 18 questions, then in order to evaluate the hypothesis of research and attempt to deal with facts observed. Observation field and their location are as follow, positional location, and secondary teachers in Tolamat Region. Time position, from spring 2006 till summer 2006. Subjective position, Human resources management, application, Maintaining and improvement of human resource. Statistical population in this research included all teachers in secondary school in Tolamat region which the total teachers being 88 person , out of this 45 being female and 43 being male at present they are teaching at the region and all statistical population as census covered them in this research . research method , evaluating analysis is base on field which after collecting the data and extracting the result of questionnaire and determining the humanitarian degree and teachers dustiness and classification of statistical data related to research hypothesis in form of table and statistical figure shown and connection of each evaluated variables with leadership style analyzed . Obtained result showed that among variables education, teachers interest to job, years of service and age have significant relationship with leadership.
