Analysis on farm management skills of the higher education centers graduates working in the agriculture sector case study: shoaybieh, shooshtar township

ABSTRACT: This study was aimed at evaluating the agriculture graduates` farm management skills in Shoeybeyeh region of Shoushtar township. Information was gained through documentary studies, interview, observation, compilation, and questionnaire. Reliability of the questionnaire was determined by Cronbachʹs Coefficient Alpha 0.825 . Because of the little number of agriculture -educated persons in the region, census method was used n=52 . Results showed that there is positive and significant relationship at a 5 percent level between the level of agriculture graduates` farm management skills and age, level of education, agriculture work experience, attitude, participation in promotion courses ,use of communicative channels ,social participation, mechanization level ,kind of activity ,and the kind of exploitation system. In addition, there was a positive and significant relationship at a 1 percent level between the technical knowledge and agriculture graduates` farm management skills.
