Abstract :
ميزان غلظت 16 هيدروكربن آروماتيك (PAHs) شامل نفتالين، اسنافتين، اسنافتيلن، فلويورين، فنانترن، آنتراسين، فلويورانتين، پايرين، بنزو (آلفا) آنتراسين، كراسين، بنزو (بتا) فلويورانتين، بنزو (كا) فلويورانتين، بنزو (آلفا) پيرين، دي بنزو (آلفا و اچ) آنتراسين، ايندينو (1و 2و 3-cd) پايرين، بنزو (جي، اچ و آي) پريلين در نمونه هاي آب و رسوب جمع آوري شده از سواحل جنوبي درياي خزر در چهار ايستگاه نوشهر فريدونكنارساري و اميرآباد در فصول پاييز، زمستان و بهار 2005-2006 اندازه گيري شد. همچنين نمونه هاي بافت پنج گونه ماهي خاوياري شامل ازون برون، تاس ماهي ايراني، فيل ماهي، تاس ماهي روس و شيپ تهيه شد. نمونه ها بعد از فرآيند جداسازي با دستگاه گازكروماتوگرافي مورد تجزيه و تحليل قرار گرفت و داده هاي حاصله با استفاده از روش ANOVA يك طرفه، در سطح معني داري 5% تجزيه و تحليل شد. ميانيگين غلظت PAHs در نمونه هاي آب و رسوب به ترتيب در محدوده mgl-12.946-0.004 و µgg-1 2.336-0.024 به دست آمد. ميانگين غلظت PAHs در نمونه هاي مورد آزمايش با ايستگاهها و فصول مختلف اختلاف معنيدار نداشته است. همچنين متوسط PAHs در كبد، عضله، آبشش، كليه و گناد پنج گونه ماهي خاوياري در محدوده µgg-1 1.34-0.81 بود. نتايج اين مطالعه نشان داد مقدار PAHs در آب، رسوب و اندام هاي ماهي خاوياري در سواحل جنوبي درياي خزر، پايين تر از ميزان قابل قبول بود.
Abstract :
Concentration levels of 16 polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs) consisting of naphthalene, acenaphthylene, acenaphthene, fluorine, phenantherene, anthracene, fluor anthene, pyrene, benzo(a)anthracene, chrysene, benzo(b)fluoranthene, benzo(k)fluoranthene, benzo(a)p yrene, dibenzo(a,h)ant hracene, indeno(1,2,3-cd) pyrene and benzo(g,h,i)perylene were measured in water and sediment samples collected from the southern Caspian Sea coasts at four stations of Noshahr, Freydoonkenar, Sari and Amirabad during autumn, winter and spring of 2005-2006. Also, tissue samples from five sturgeon species including stellate sturgeon, Persian sturgeon, beluga, Russian sturgeon and ship sturgeon were obtained. Samples were analyzed by gas chromatography after the extraction process and the obtained data were statistically analyzed using one-way ANNOVA analysis at confidence level 95%. The mean concentrations of PAHs in water and sediment samples were in the range of 0.004-2.946 mgl-1 and 0.024-2.336 µg g-1, respectively. No significant difference was seen in the mean concentrations of PAHs among stations and seasons of the examined samples. Also, mean concentration of PAHs in the liver, muscle, gill, kidney and gonad five of sturgeon species was 0.81-1.34 µgg-1. The results of this study show that the levels of PAHs in water, sediment and sturgeon organs were below the acceptable levels of PAHs for the south Caspian Sea coastal regions.
