Abstract
ABSTRACT: Among the chemicals that can destroy microorganisms in cut flowers preservation solutions are Nano copper (C) and Nanosilver (S). The aim of this study was to investigate the effect of different concentration of these substance in increasing survival cut Rose flower (Dolcevita cultivar) and compare them with each other and also check the effect of sucrose in preservative solutions.The results showed the uptake solution by flowers were treated with C 7.5 S10 (7.5 p.p.m. Nano copper + 10 p.p.m. Nano Silver), C2.5 S7.5, C2.5 S0 , C5 S2.5 and C2.5 S5 was higher then others on eleventh day. Flowers that treated with C10 S10 had highest Relative fresh weight than others on the eleventh day. This indicates that these flowers were under less stress.
