Abstract :
The aim of this study was to compare the ethical decision making based on job coaches and the coaching experience. Athletic coaches working in Western and Eastern Azerbaijan province. Sample size of 206 patients was selected for study. All individuals in the study had a history of participation in events and sports competitions and various tasks of the teams were working. The data collected from questionnaires to collect demographic information and a questionnaire of 20 questions of ethical decisions in difficult situations Caswell (2003) was used. Reliability coefficient of the questionnaire was 89% in a case study. The results showed that between the coach (manager, coach, trainer and bodybuilder) and ethical decision-making, there is no significant difference between the coaches. Study showed significant difference between the history of coaching and mentoring is a moral decision.
