Synthesis of 1,2-dihydroisoquinolin derivatives via the multicomponent reaction between OH-acids, acetylenic esters and isoquinolin

An efficient synthesis of 1,2-dihydroisoquinoline derivatives via one-pot reaction between acetylenic esters, isoquinoline and OH- acids is described.
