Abstract :
The architecture of shoot in apple trees results from the activity of the meristems. Initially, architectural analyzes was used by botanists and foresters, in recent years has been using fruit growers. Shoot architecture is closely related to pruning, training, yield and fruit quality. It can be said, however, Turkey apple growers haven’t enough knowledge about this subject. Therefore, in this study, the main subjects of shoot architecture seen apple trees were discussed.
