The Study Relationship between Organizational Climate, Organizational Commitment and Innovation in Cement Industry of Iran (Case Study: Cement West Co. of Kermanshah)

The main argument of this research is to find out if there is a meaningful relationship between organizational climate, organizational commitment and innovation in Cement West Co. of Kermanshah. Organizational climate is considered as independent variable and organizational commitment and innovation is dependent variables. When it comes to the purpose, present research is an applicable research and based on its nature and method, it is descriptive and survey research. Statistical society consists of Staff Cement West Co. of Kermanshah; during a period of the Second half of the year of 2012. Therefore, the sampling method is stratified sampling. Statistical society contains 280 people that are adjusted to 162 sample people by the use of Morgan table. Data collection tool is organizational climate questionnaire of (Halpin & Croft, 1993), organizational commitment questionnaire of (Meyer & Allen, 1993), and innovation questionnaire of (Quinn& Sluing, 1988). Justifiability of research has been confirmed by 3 university professors; its stability is 931% for Organizational Climate and 884%, Organizational Commitment 880% for Innovation, which have been measured by Cronbach’s alpha. Regression and Pearson correlation were used to analyze the data. The results of the study revealed that there is a significant relationship between the variables. Results showed that there is significant relationship, between Organizational Climate and Organizational Commitment, between Organizational Commitment and Innovation and between Organizational Climate and Innovation in Cement West Co. of Kermanshah.
