Abstract :
In order to juniper station and decreasing of its area by existence problem in natural regeneration, asexual reproduction has special importance near sexual propagation. Effluence expanse of six species of junipers in Iran, the most abundant is belonging to Juniperus polycarpos
ambisexual phenotype and Juniperus excelsa unisexuality. Results of researches have been shown collecting seeds in September has better turnover in germination than November. In sexual propagation 82% and in asexual (graft) 47.6% achievements were obtained. Aphyllous stem cuttings from mature and old trees in rooting have less achievement than leafy cutting of Juniper saplings. Reciprocal effect of white light in bed with soft texture (0.02-0.2mm) and IBA by 2500 ppm concentration has been the most rooting with mean 37.32%. Between 500 to 3000 ppm of GA is affected in germination. Callous in autumn explants is more formed than spring explants. Nutrition treatments, modified MS cause to organ formation and the best viability were in autumn explants. Treatment with Aaterra significantly reduced the percentage of rooted cuttings and reduced the total root length. Aliette, Fongarid, Octave W.P., Benomyl, Delsene-M and Maneb significantly increased the percentage of rooted cuttings but did not affect total root length. Successful multiplication was achieved by treating the buds with 0.7% polyvinyl pyrrolidone (PVP) and 2% sucrose, culturing in basal MS or WRC with a maximum number of new buds. It seemed to callus madding is obstacle to rooting. Diurnal change of temperature than stable temperature is increased germination of Juniper seeds. With considering to extracted material of Juniper species in remedy of infectious, fungus, contagious diseases such as cold, bronchitis, hemorrhoids, gynecological diseases, and wounds, tumor, blood glucose is affected and addition resistance and longevity of this species in severe and arid environmental conditions and various applications in industry, reproductions and seed production by micro propagation and biotechnology is necessary. In this paper results of implemented researches of interior and external resources about sexual and asexual propagation have been presented.
