Abstract :
Banks as economical entities commonly are seeking to meet demands and expectations of their customers. Information technology (IT) paves the way to improve functionality and innovation in providing services in order to facilitate the relationship to customers, to increase the speed and its impact. All service institutions including banks are aimed to provide suitable services to satisfy customers. Since institutions of financial service providers especially the banks act in an environment with undifferentiated products, customers trust is known as first compatible means in them. The main purpose of the study is to investigate the effective factors on customer trust increase in electronic banking services. In the present study, using descriptive – survey research method, the population of 385 agricultural bank customers were investigated in which statistics as multi variable Regression and correlation coefficient test using inter have been utilized. In order to analyze the obtained data, SPSS software was used. The obtained results of Pearson correlation coefficient pointed out that independent variables, perceived security, perceived usefulness, perceived privacy, and customer satisfaction have higher correlation with trust to electronic banking service which is a dependent variable.
