Abstract :
The use of compensatory wage system presupposes the existence of the relationship between compliance with the requirements of compensation payment and the resulting performance of the company. On this basis, it is necessary to establish the existence and nature of the relationship between the current organization of the enterprises pay and production efficiency. This article made an attempt to identify the relationship between the degree of compliance with the requirements of the wage system of compensation payments (which is proposed to express the integral indicator) and production efficiency.
