The problem of youth employment and unemployment in the context of the education market mismatch and labor market

This paper analyzes the problem of employment of young specialists - graduates of professional institutions. Youth employment is a national problem, because the youth is the countryʹs human potential. Youth employment is a pressing and long-term objective of national social and economic policy. One of the causes of youth unemployment is a discrepancy between the education markets to labor market needs. Solving problems of youth unemployment is only possible from the standpoint of an integrated, systematic approach.
