Abstract :
In the article the author substantiates theoretical and practical significance of operational management principals using towards commercial activity processes of the petrochemical complex industrial enterprises. Using the real results of the one of the large Russian petrochemical enterprise activity, the author demonstrates the one of the examples of activity optimization and management efficiency raising of the petrochemical complex industrial enterprises.?
