Abstract :
The article is devoted to the study of the system of budgetary regulation in the Vladimir region. Carried out an analysis of provision expenditures of the budgets of municipal formations of own income. The estimation is given to the dynamics and structure of funds of budget regulation, methods of calculation of grants to local budgets. Identified shortcomings and proposed directions of perfection of the existing system of budget regulation.
