Complexing characteristics of the territorial organization of tourist and recreational complex

The article deals with the study of methodological principles complexing characteristics and factors in the organization of tourist and recreational complex, which involve the use of a structured approach, which reflects the statics and dynamics of the object, as well as tools to analyze and manage. Based on these features, considered the direction and hierarchical subsystems and individual elements (subjects) dispenser that can properly justify the economic, social, environmental and other problems of organization and management.
