Abstract
The water soluble oxovanadium(IV) tetraarylporphyrin 1a has demonstrated excellent solution stability against glutathione reduction and high potency (5 (mu)M, 97% inhibition) in inhibiting HIV-1 replication in Hut/CCR5 cells.
