Cyclotomic Function Fields with Ideal Class Number One

We list all imaginary cyclotomic extensions q(x, ΛM(x))/ q(x) with ideal class number equal to one. Apart from the zero genus ones, there are 17 solutions up to q(x)-isomorphism: 13 of them are defined over 3 and the 4 remainings are defined over 4.
