Abstract :
By means of a quantum analogue of the Specht–Wever criteria we prove that every homogeneous character Hopf algebra over a field of zero characteristic is a quantification of a suitable Lie algebra. The skew primitive elements in character Hopf algebras are characterized in terms of algebraic identities.
