Eigenvalues and elementary divisors of Cartan matrices of cyclic blocks with l(B) 5 and tame blocks

We give a conjecture on relation between eigenvalues and elementary divisors of the Cartan matrix of a p-block B of a finite group. Then we prove the conjecture is true for cyclic blocks with l(B) 5 and for tame blocks.
