Periodic projective resolutions and Hochschild cohomology for basic hereditary orders

We show that a basic hereditary order Λ over a complete discrete valuation ring with finite residue class field has a periodic projective resolution of period 2. We also compute the Hochschild cohomology ring of Λ by using the resolution. Therefore, the Hochschild cohomology ring of any hereditary order is also determined.
