An algorithm for the Traverso–Swan theorem on seminormal rings

We give an algorithm for an explicit implementation of Traverso–Swanʹs theorem, saying that a reduced ring A is seminormal if and only if the canonical map: PicA→PicA[x] is an isomorphism.
