An approach to non-simply laced cluster algebras

We realize cluster algebras of non-simply laced types as subalgebras of a certain quotient of cluster algebras associated to quivers with automorphisms. We prove that equality holds for finite type cluster algebras. We also give an interpretation of this results in terms of invariant objects under the action of the automorphism group on the corresponding cluster category.
