Induction of Categorical Representations of Groups and Analogues of Some Theorems of A. Fröhlich on Orthogonal Representations Original Research Article

Generalizations and projective analogues of some results of A. Friöhlich (J. Reine Angew. Math.360 (1985), 84-123) on induction of orthogonal representations are provided. Much of this is carried out in a general categorical context which includes the usual cases of linear, orthogonal, and projective representations.
