Strongly Prime Alternative Triple Systems with Nonzero Socle Original Research Article

In this paper we classify strongly prime alternative triple systems with nonzero socle over arbitrary rings of scalars. Modulo the associative case, the remaining ones are simple and with a maximal idempotent (though they may not have maximal tripotents). These last are completely described. In particular, the simple finite-dimensional alternative triple systems over arbitrary fields are classified.
