The Abstracts of the 7th UQ Symposium on Organisational Psychology

May we welcome you to the 7th University of Queensland Symposium on Organisational Psychology! The symposium is organised, and sponsored, by the Centre for Organisational Psychology at The University of Queensland. The aim of the symposium is to provide a forum for academic Organisational Psychologists to present their latest research to fellow academics and practitioners. Plenty of time has been built into the program to allow for informal discussions. The symposium program consists of six speakers from a number of departments and universities based around southeast Queensland and beyond. We are very grateful to the speakers who have agreed to contribute this year and I’m sure we’ll be hearing some very stimulating talks. There are 63 delegates attending the symposium.
