The Relationship of Entrepreneurship with naturalistic and Musical Intelligences of Isfahan Sports Club Directors

The IQ (Intelligence Quotient) is not assumed to be the success guarantee of entrepreneurs as the managers of the economy cycle. However, the ability to understand, recognize, change and perform musical forms as well as the ability to recognize the natural phenomena and the ability to distinguish the non-living forms play a pivotal role in this regard. The entrepreneurs create more efficient communications via recognizing and managing their own skills. As a result, they would create more innovations. In the following research, considering the musical and naturalistic skills of the sports directors, we will study its effect on the success of Isfahan sports club managers. The general purpose of the study is determining the relationship between entrepreneurship rate and musical and naturalistic intelligence of the directors. The statistical population is composed of 106 sports club directors, Gardner multiple intelligence questionnaires whose reliability is 845% through Cronbach Alfa was used for the intelligence measurement and the entrepreneurship questionnaire with a reliability of 9% was used for entrepreneurship measurement. This is a descriptive research. Simple and multiple regressions were utilized for studying the effect of entrepreneurship on musical and naturalistic intelligence. The results showed a significant relationship between naturalistic intelligence and entrepreneurship. However, there was no significant relation between musical intelligence and entrepreneurship.
