Abstract :
PEST analysis stands for "Political, Economic, Social, and Technological analysis" and describes a framework of macro-environmental factors used in the environmental scanning component of strategic management. At this paper we study the case of E-shop, a private company in Greece, illustrating the reasons why a company should work on pest framework.
