Abstract :
Background: The goal of research this research was specifying the relationship between knowledge management (social knowledge) the components of job adjustment of employees University Esfahan. Materials and Methods: The method of research is describing – correlation & statistical population include from 140 all of the employ Of University Esfahan 1389.Specifying the sample or size of sample obtained by Morgan & Kurjes table (1970) is 105, but completed & return questionnaires are 100. The manners of random sampling is used stratified Cluster appropriate to the statistical population. The tools for measuring the completed questionnaires of knowledge management based on Nonacac & Takeuchi Model (1995) & Lidusis & Laph kwist job adjustment questionnaires for analyzing the deductive date (that obtained from measuring tools) is used regression coefficient & coefficient of correlation of statistical techniques. Results and Discussions: The results showed that, observed “r” has positive correlation & meaning full relation between knowledge management & job (work) adjustment of the employees University Esfahan.& also showed that there are meaningful& positive correlation between social knowledge, internalization of knowledge , externalizing knowledge with (&) the components of environment of job personality, needs, value & satisfaction. Conclusion: There is meaningful relation between social knowledge & job adjustment (workplace, personality, value & needs & satisfaction) of University Esfahan The obtained results are shown that there is meaningful correlation between social knowledge & job adjustment (workplace, personality, value & needs & satisfaction).
