Abstract :
Background: The goal of this research is surveying about the relationship between emotional intelligence & burnout among employees of physical education departments of Ahwaz .This research is descriptive & sample survey or inquiry& the data are collected the field by questionnaires. Materials and Methods: The statistical population concludes all employees of physical education departments of Ahwaz in 1391 (They are 260 persons). Which they are specified by Filiyan specified it in terms of scientific validity. For data of research is a used descriptive statistic method such as: frequency, Percentage, Mean, Standard deviations, Pearson’s correlation analyzing & regression correlation step by step methods & Cronbach’s alpha technique & ballad for calculating the durability correlation to analyzing the data. Results and Discussions: The results of research& is shown that the mean of emotional intelligence& it’s other components in employees of physical education department of Ahwaz is higher than 3 ( average level )& the mean of burnout & it’s other components of physical is less. Conclusion The results showed that there is negative meaningful relationship between emotional intelligence & its components & burnout of employees of physical education department; in other words, the employees have high emotional intelligence can be evaluated & regulated & operated their emotions or excitements & they have more abilities & skills in managerial feeling in faced to problems in workplace & life, they can decide better than others so it cause more success, satisfaction, happiness, appropriate & understanding the content of their selves& others, continence, empathy, to the others & positive usage of emotions & excitement in thoughts & knowledge
