Creativity on cognitive population variables in education departments of Isfahan

Background: The goal of this research Surveying on creativity on cognitive population variables (education &job experience) in education departments of Isfahan. Materials and Methods: .Methodology Analyzing the data was done on two levels of descriptive statistics (abundance, percent, average and standard deviation)and inferential statistics (ANOVA test). A meaningful level P?0/05 was considered. Results and Discussions: The findings showed1, in significant level p? 0.05 and related to test statistics (f=3) and (p= %5), there is a significant difference between creativity and job experience. For examine difference between groups, Shafe chasing test was used, which the result show that there is no significant difference between groups.at significant level p? 0.05 by test statistics (f=3.5) and (p=% 5), there is a significant difference between creativity and education so we used Shafe chasing test to find out that there is no different. Conclusion: Results show that there is a significant relationship between creativity and education and we can say that by increasing the education level of an organization staff, talent and creativity will increase.
