Criterion for Irrational Sequences Original Research Article

We present the criterion for irrationality of the sequence to {an/bn}n = 1, where {an}∞n = 1 and {bn}∞n = 1 are sequences of positive integers and {bn/an}∞n = 1 quickly converges to zero. The proof is based on the Dirichlet principle.
