Additive Forms of Degree 2l Original Research Article

In this paper we prove that if ƒ, g is a pair of additive forms ƒ = a1xk1+ · · · + anxkn, g = b1xk1+ · · · + bnxkn of degree k = 2l, l ≥ 2, with rational coefficients and in n ≥ 16k2 − 26k + 1 variables, then ƒ, g have common p-adic zeros for all prime p.
