On L-Functions of Ternary Zero Forms and Exponential Sums of Lee and Weintraub Original Research Article

We give here an explicit description of some L-functions attached to ternary zero forms and its special values at non- positive integers. As an application, we give explicit formulae of some exponential sums related to the trace formula.
