On the Shanks-Rényi Race Problem mod 5 Original Research Article

It is proved that under the Generalized Riemann Hypothesis for Dirichlet L-functions (mod 5) for every permutation (a1, a2, a3, a4) of the sequence (1, 2, 3, 4) the set of integers m satisfying ψ (m, 5, a1) > ψ (m, 5, a2) > ψ (m, 5, a3) > ψ (m, 5, a4) has positive lower density.
