Abstract :
We show a theorem which deduces the existence of the mean value [formula] of a multiplicative arithmetic function ƒ: N → C under weaker conditions of Delange, Elliott, Daboussi, and Indlekofer. The theorem also applied cases which Heppner′s theorem does not cover.
